Where will the message come when the tracking condition is reached? The message will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during registration.
What if I want to receive a notifications about out of stock games? You should set up tracking with "More Than" condition and make sure that "Not notify when "Out of stock"" option is disabled on the profile page.
How often do you update the price history? We update price history once a day.
Why on some days there are no records in the prices history? Those days the goods were out of stock. Also we do not have data for the period from 09/09/2017 to 10/03/2018 for technical reasons.
Why are the prices in history and on the marketplace not the same? The price is saved in history only once a day, and from this moment the price may change.
How often do you check prices for tracking? Prices are checked once an hour.
Why are the prices on trackame.com different from the prices in a marketplace? The main currency of our site is the euro, all other currencies are gotten by converting the price at the rate. Currencies rates may vary depending on the data source.
